I was in the same boat, but yeah it actually works. Sometimes they block VPN traffic too but you can easily evade it when you Google what to do.

All they see is you sending and getting encrypted VPN data from and to a server somewhere. They have no clue what it is (torrenting or anything else they don't want you to do).

I used makeMKV and it didn't have an option to do that automatically, since chapter markers were non-existent.
For example Disk 01 had 6 episodes, and they were continuous, no chapters.
I would have to manually mark each start and end time of each episode and reencode/split.

I created a torrent of the Samurai Jack isos i have. The torrent has a sha1 hash of the isos to test originality. I also have put a hash file inside the isos to test the .bup .ifo and .vob files if you are so inclined.
