To nonny 728460: I've recently found a simple, non-torrent means of downloading Godzilla movies. I don't know how safe the site is, but Kissasian.com has most Godzilla movies. It's missing a few. But if you go there, search "Godzilla," pick a movie, then right click the video, "save video as..." Bada bing bada boom. The videos are pretty good quality too. Hope that's helpful!

The OST was released on Amazon, so anyone outside of Japan could easily leak the soundtrack on Youtube, Torrents, etc. The movie has only released in Japan and Taiwan so far, to my knowledge, and Japan has super strict piracy laws. Dunno why no one in Taiwan has leaked the movie yet though. 3 days until the movie is released in Hong Kong, maybe then we'll get a camrip (which will be the best we'll get until the movie is released in US select theaters on October 11th).
