It's not that the Pats lost to the Chiefs, the Chiefs have been contenders for a while now and the Pats got blasted by them 2 years ago. It's that the Chiefs put up 42 points on a defense that couldn't pass rush, got absolutely burned on deep balls, and ended with Smeth having a near perfect passer rating.

You're the defending super bowl champions defending your home on opening night of the season. No one, no one gave the chiefs a chance. It's bad dude.

Defense still needs to figure it out. The real good news is Flowers seems legit, he got 2 sacks. And Wise who was good in camp got a sack last game too and pressure with minimal playing time.
Hopefully Langi will be playable and good to go next week, but hard to expect much from an undrafted free agent. Just can't have Richards playing so much. He looked like trash in preseason and played 40+ snaps. C'mon now.
