in boxing why is the 10 count counted so quick? Ive seen referees count to 10 in litrally 4 or 5 seconds. How is this fair to the boxer?
From what ive read in the rules it says the ref has to count in accordance to his watch which i assume is a standard watch that counts in actual seconds

Like here he was down for 3 or 4 seconds, the ref counts up to 8, wtf is this

Awful example, there. While I agree that faster counts are bs, dude was clearly overwhelmed, and it had already been stated by the commentators as such (Round 2, secound knockdown already). We have no idea if the ref/standing 8 saved him in the first, or whatever. Find a better example, one where the ref isn't trying to save a clearly over-matched fighter from Ali-brain.
Because he's fight Zeuge in Germany.
Also, some refs will fast count when the fighter who is knocked down gets up quickly and doesn't seem to be hurt (flash knockdown).
