If it's coed, you have no choice. The girls need to at least know how to pass the ball back when they feel pressed.

Futsal, as long as you have decent shot on goal you can dominate it easily. Any good opening they give you, take the shots. The distances are short, and the goalies aren't amazing. It is easy to punish a defense that leaves you enough space to shoot.

Play as goalkeeper/linesman. Your friend should also be in defense. Let the girls as 3 Higuains up the field. Practice shots with them.
