Cooks has increased target chances because Edelman is out, and he's just a big play high risk/reward guy in general. And Bryant is the clear #2 in Pitt with Wheaton out of town. In a 12-team PPR league, wondering if I could potentially weasel my way into a trade.

I have Gore and Allen Robinson (as mentioned in this post) on my bench. A dude in my league's #2 receiver is Snead, and his bench is barren due to having 2 DSTs and 2 Ks.

My starting WRs and RBs are Evans, Michael Thomas, McCaffery, and Hunt. I'm a little worried about starting 2 rookies and dude in question has Gurley and Terrence West.

tl;dr Do you think A. Rob and Gore are a fair trade for Gurley in a PPR league where the guy getting ARob/Gore has shit WRs?

Of note, I'm also stashing Doug Martin.

8 man leagues tend to have superteams throughout the league. Just check out Rotoworld's draft guide and you'll be fine. I tend to do a balanced draft but don't reach on players just because you are lacking. For instance, Say it is the 3rd round and you have two good RBs. Don't get a lower tiered WR over a higher tiered RB if he's sitting there. Also be aware there is good RB depth this year if you: draft accordingly (D Martin is a good choice but suspended 3 games) and have guys you believe in and can bank on (CJ Anderson is a sleeper imo).

This will probably not make or break your team either so I'd go ahead and do it.

I like Kupp too but the reason I ranked the way I did is because Williams has proven that he can be a 1000 yd WR in the NFL already and Perine is an RB in a good offense where he is one fumble away from getting the starting position. Kupp is talented but as a rookie I don't know what he will be in the NFL yet. He did look great in the Preseason though. Finally, for Njoku traditionally rookie TEs don't fare well. I don't have the stat handy but it goes something like no rookie TE has been better than the TE14 since 2000 except for Hunter Henry last year or something like that. Like I said I don't have the stat but I heard it on one of the FF podcasts I listen to.
