This fight was damn near a live action reenactment of the great white hype
>Irish fighter supposedly has ko power of the gods
> champ didn't train properly
>challenger "wins" the weigh in
>idiots bet their life savings on mmgay hype job
>mick fighter lands his best shots to no effect & ends up getting justed
>mick fighter is used as a punching bag until stoppage
>sad dummies who thought he had a chance leave the stadium enraged
>all Conor needs is one punch & he'll kill floyd because muh left hand
Lands flush & floyd isn't even phased. Mmgay is exposed as a joke
reminder that the stadium was 3/4 full as well.
Thanks for reminding me of that film, OP. I'm going to watch it again in a new light, having seen this fight.
The funniest thing right now is, iirc, the white boxer in the film wasn't actually Irish, but they promoted him as such for hype purposes. In fact, that fictional character was reluctant to be pushed forward.
Then in reality, Conor McGregor was EXACTLY the dream fighter Samuel L. Jackson's character envisioned. Actually Irish, loves to self-promote, loves money.
It's a case of fact being stranger than fiction.

STTOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOP

It was rigged
Not even close. Gerry Cooney could actually box. He damn near killed Ken Norton.
Nate Diaz beat Conor in the second round. Why did it take the "best of his generation" so long to win against an amateur?

>Irish vs nigger
Battle of subhumans.

>>Irish fighter supposedly has ko power of the gods
Only according to MMGay fans which don't really count.
