Is 22 too old to begin and get good at a sport?
I used to play Rugby league from like 10-14 but haven't ever played any other sports. I just want something to take up time that I can get good and progress with.
I feel like I'm too old for anything though, I'm 22 in 2 weeks.
Any suggestions?

You can get to an intermediate level (sub pro) in things fairly quickly if you put 100% into it.
Can you make a living? Probably not. But try darts or snooker if that's what your aim is.

Age in sports is a fallacy that's long been blown out of proportion since forever. If you train and eat correctly, you'll be stronger and fitter at 40 than you will at 20.
IIRC Skeleton or Luge, cycling and speed skating have a lot of late starters. Canada's most celebrated speed skater and cyclist started at 16 after being a lazy chainsmoker in highschool. Either Luge or Skeleton has a lot of late starters too. I dont remember which one, but one is child prodigy sorta sport and the other people start at 22 and go to the Olympics
