Hi /sp/,
I'm with a huge existential crisis. Why do we watch sports?
I always liked sports and I always followed a lot of different sports.

Some years ago I started to like basketball and of course, the NBA. I chose my team and I saw exactly 0 games that season since I live in Europe and games are late in the night.
What I did was, when I wake up I would see the game result and smile or not given the result.
After some time doing this, I started to ask myself why on earth I watched sports.

What's the difference between waking up and see the result and see the game live? What do I win in feeling what I feel when my team loses or wins?

Help me /sp/
