In the first one? It was an opponent that called Conor out and it happened because Dos Anjos pulled out. They had to find him someone to fight after no one came forward they went with Nate.

The second fight was to avenge a loss. Again not really a novelty fight because it needed to happen.

Conor is now fighting Floyd Mayweather arguably the greatest boxer of his generation and is undefeated. He's taking an even greater challenge than simply just defending his belt and he thinks he can win as opposed to just doing it for the money.

Like Conor said. He'll be back to MMA soon and he will defend and when he successfully defends there will be no more excuses. Conor will be growned King. Also it's 2017 stop with the bullshit.
