Could this team win the CL? Almost perfectly balanced. The only thing missing is a Bale/Greaseman type wide player with loads of pace.Martial COULD be that player and has proven he has the ability to be it.

But name one club with a starting 11 that is that consistently good all over. You can't.

Put Ronaldo at LB and see how well he does.
Now do the same with Pogba.

Now try for CB, RB, CDM, CM etc. etc.

Ronaldo will only come out on top in his own position as a forward. And even then, Pogba can more than hold his own in those more advanced positions.

Ronaldo could never pick out the passes Pogba can. He doesn't have the vision or finesse. His pace has declined somewhat in the last year or two, Pogba is probably faster than him now as well as stronger.
