at the end of next season the Rockets will only be spending 65mil on their roster because CP3's contract will be up, and if they have Melo on board he can opt out
the salary cap will be 100+mil so they'll be able to pay LeBron 30+mil a year then use their bird rights on CP3 and Melo to resign them while going over the cap and then get Wade with the mid level exception
