Why is Paul Scholes widely considered the best midfielder

I'm an Arsenal fan I'm struggling to think of other players in the PL that were as good as Scholes...I mean Giggs was in the same amrea but they were on the same fucking team.

Because he was a staple in a really successful team, people give him more credit than he deserves

a 7/10 who is in a team who dominates is considered better than a 10/10 who plays for a team who only wins a couple of trophies
