How well would we do if our volleyball team played basketball instead? I figured we would be good since you only need to be like >1.9m tall and you're already good in basketball.

If they were any good at basketball they would already be playing basketball as opposed to volleyball. No one has ever given up an NBA career to play volleyball for a living.
