Pablo, every club "sells their soul" these days. It's an an unfortunate byproduct of modern football. ABUs are just mad that United's pockets are deeper than most other clubs. But it's Man Utd's deep and rich history that has made them more financially capable than others. Fergie rebuilt the club and the only reason he joined was because of what Busby and Man Utd meant to him growing up. Man Utd's wealth now can be traced back to how the club bounced back from the war and the Munich disaster.
