Btw Osorio was good here. As soon as he came São Paulo decided to sell 9 players (not even kidding) and he still managed to put the team on tracks to qualify to copalib somehow (he left before the league end).

We used to have good restrictions (5 per team) but then everyone started to get a mexican passport and now we have the most idiotic rule that makes some mexicans count as foreign players while foreign players can count as mexicans (they have to be registered before a certain age).
