There was a talk on an Australian show, where they were discussing the difference in pay, and all of the women going on about 'It's so unfair how the women get paid less than the men boohoo' admitted that they didn't watch the women, or could even name a player from the Australian team. Somehow the onus is apparently on men to make women's football popular enough for the players to deserve equal wages.
