New to Michigan International Speedway, race fans can find MIS's signature Pierogi Burger at the Irish Hills Grill Stand in Section 89. Not only a dumpling, not only traditional burger, the Pierogi Burger is the best of both worlds. This traditional burger still has the typical garnishing of American cheese and onions, but there’s also a cheese-filled pierogi in that hamburger bun.

MIS President Roger Curtis decided to start selling the pierogi burger at the track this year in hopes of separating MIS from other venues.
