No chance, well you have 1 swing with the bat and the dude can get a hand on it and if he blocks any of it's power you aren't going to get a lucky ko with a bat hit to the head which is what a person would need to do.
Otherwise the guy is gonna grab you or the bat on your follow through and at that point you're done.
