They do this twice, and Juventus is basically out of the game even though Mandžukić scored one of the best goals in history.
You can't go after someone's leg with tackle. So why can you kick a ball right at a defenders leg, and it counts as a goal if it goes in the net?

As a gk I can confirm deflection are the most mind fucking shots to save, you can't fault buffon. Its so hard to recover after you've determined in your mind the flight of the ball as it leaves the attackers foot then have it change completely and try to react within less then a second because of a deflection.
