The reason baseball always has good teams seemingly emerging is because of the farm system. If a franchise is competent, they'll have potential stars coming in every season.

It's not that baseball is "more luck based," (e.g. you can set a watch to Mike Trout's consistency), it's because teams are closer together in talent levels.

Unlike the NBA, the 3 teams you listed built their teams from the draft and adding depth veterans and clutch guys. They didn't just stack fucking teams like faggots.
