He has been sued plenty of times. The usa government has sued him. Sterling got to big to fail because of his team. He was a dirty owner and a lot of the rules were made with him in mind. How scores were kept was due in part to Him! He cheated his players to the point where a newspaper did stories. They have wanted him gone for a long time but it would make the league look bad. Finally they got their chance to kick him plus he made the league look bad. He has been fined repeatedly. No one really spoke up for him cause they knew he was a cheat.
