The Seahawks brought back the 4-3 4 man rush zone based defense with force. Before them the league was pretty much going full 3-4 man two deep shell now the league is pretty balanced with defensive approaches across the board. As a non casual I think this adds another exciting dimension to the game.

The O-line is good at run-blocking but that comes at the expense of pass-blocking. Lynch and Wilson also covered for how poor the line was. Notice how the Seahawks had no running game last year once Wilson got hurt. Anyone who thinks Wilson isn't an important part of them does not watch Seahawks games.

Based on your opinion. I've been a fan of the Hawks since '01. Through thick and thin I stuck by them and still remember SB40. It's just stupid to compare the Warriors to the Seahawks.
