He's great in the rain, can overtake and sometimes is quicker than Ricciardo who is very highly rated for several reasons.
In my opinion Verstappen is more talented than Montoya who was a lot slower than e.g. Räikkönen in the same car and was barely quicker than Ralf Schumacher or Antonio Pizzonia.
