Check out The Reem if you haven't. It's really solid but I guess if you're not into MMA you won't care as much for it since it only covers Alistair Overeem.

Embedded is pretty good, but a lot of fighters have taken to doing their own personal versions now like The Champ Camp, The Mac Life etc for personal promotion.

For UFC's European events they usually have similar things called UFC on the Fly which gives inside look to the fighters on the card, usually these include lesser known fighters and you get to know about them and see them in the leadup to the fight
