Would NBA basketball be more interesting if there was off-sides rule?
It would be harder to score and more exciting like eurofeetball.

The half court rule is pretty much an offsides rule already
having a soccer style offsides rule would be ridiculous, they play would get stopped every 10 seconds.
>more whistles
no

the court is too small for that i think, it's too fast paced, would get stopped too often.
i could watch basketball with 11vs11 on a large court though.
What NBA needs:
-Hard salary cap
-Fewer flopping divas looking for the and one
-Better perimeter defenders.
No because no one stays under the opponent's basket waiting for possession to switch and get an easy point

Fast breaks are the most exciting part of basketball

Money isn't really the problem in the NBA. The Lakers, Bulls, and Knicks are the 3 richest teams in the league, but the Lakers and Bulls haven't been contenders since 2012 and the Knicks haven't been contenders since the 90s.
No because it's very hard to cherry pick because you'll get exposed on defense 5v4
