Easiest would be Death March. That competition is almost all willpower and your natural ability doesn't really matter. You would just have to train endurance like a motherfucker. Hardest would probably be any of the sprinting events. The average man just wouldn't have the natural athleticism to even have a remote chance of keeping up with the other athletes there.
