Pretty good list for top 9 but after that I can't agree. Would rather have a hyper experienced Rivers than Mariota or Winston (even though they are both franchise QB's at this point)

It's hard to rank QB's tbf. People have their preferences. I'd much rather have a big arm like Flacco rather than a game manager like Smeth or Bradford.
