Average person has a donor capacity of 10k to 15k grafts in the SAFE areas of the scalp where you never go bald - the back and sides. This is plenty for full hair coverage

The drugs are useful because they slow or halt hair loss

Someone with deep pockets could just ride out their hair loss and cover their entire head in 3 or 4 operations, spaced out over a period of years
