Modern nba have figured out that if you consistently make 33% of your 3 point shots as a team, that it translates to the same Points per possession at 50% on every two point shot. Unless you consistently get and-ones awarded and converted, there is no other way to 'fight back' offensively outside of chucking up behind the line as well. If the other team however is better at memechucking.. good game lads
