why was the goat qb wasted on a loser franchise that hadn't won anything?
Put Brady on the Cowboys, Giants, or Steelers and he wins at least 8 rings.
All those teams are gay.
But this is the GOAT qb that got wasted on a loser franchise.

not really
if you put rapelisberger on the pats, he wins at least 8 rings. same with peypey or brees or flip rivers or based eli
put brady on the browns and he wins 0 playoff games
>>74422231
Im going to laugh when Brady gets traded past his prime and wins an owl with the Browns.
Then he will truly be the undisputed GOAT
>>74422231
Eli can't even make the playoffs anymore lol
>>74422188
this
In terms of wasted talent at QB it goes:
1. Brees
2. Rodgers
3. Rivers
4. Luck

>>74422188
Brees definitely benefits from Payton though, maybe not in winning more championships but in running an offense built for Brees that lets him put up massive numbers.
He wasn't anything special in San Diego.

He's not just a volume stat babby though, he regularly finishes near the top of the season rankings for YPA. He only had one more pass attempt than Flacco but threw for 891 more yards and 17 more TDs last year for example. He only throws a lot in the first place because the Saints are always in a position where they have to throw.

not what I meant
Sean Payton is one of the best offensive minded coaches in the league and knows very well how to support a quarterback.
Saints have built the team around their offense, which is part of why their defense is so atrocious.
It doesn't help him win playoff games but it helps put up both volume and efficiency numbers .

maybe he should consider taking less money so the team can afford decent players on the other side of the ball. but i dont hear him complaining about it his awful defense every year so we know what he values.
>>74421214
the cowboys have been an atrocious franchise the last 20 years
>>74421214
What the hell does that have to do with anything? This is some wacky ass version of causality if you ask me.
But he has bill belichick which makes the team play better together overall which makes them fucking amazing
>>74422231
Roethlisberger has only been great the past few seasons.
Peypey wasted a shitload of elite teams.
Rivers might have won at least one, same with Eli.
