to be fair though there is no such thing as a normal soccer fan, they are all cringey in their own way. you have england fans who are old fat idiots who join hands to sing show tunes and dont even know whats happening on the field. then you have eastern euro fans cant afford to go to games so they just travel around to get in fights and beat up other fans for no reason and don't know whats happening on the field. then you have south american fans who think if their country wins a shitty soccer tournament then suddenly their county is relevant and matters. then you have mls fans who root for soccer because they were too beta or out of shape to play typical american sports with the popular kids so they have an identity crisis and try to copy all of that shit because they think that will get them respect somehow.
