this guy was arrested in france, on his way to the championship, because he barely had any money one him as well as no bank/credit card, so they thought he was suspicious. they thought he was a south american drug smuggler. he told the french police "he was skiing in the world championship in finland" but they just laughed at him since he was from venezuela. after a few days in jail they sent him back to venezuela and he could not afford to try to go to finland again. some finnish guy started a donation run to pay for his tickets so he could come - without stopping in france.
