Sanchez in as "attacking midfielder" since he litearlly can play any of 4 positions equally well, ozil in because there aren't 5 top drawer number 10's anymore so he's litearlly like number 4/5

koscielny is one of the few defenders at arsenal i've respected in the last decade or so, always consistent and plays the ball well but without compromising defensive duties (just let down by shitty wide backs or keepers, or having 0 defensive mid until coquelin came in)

Matic is arguable top 5 defensive mid but probably more like top 10/15

would rather have azpilicueta a million times out of a million over bellerin at right back, no matter how fast you are decision making and awareness are just as important and azpi has that in spades, i guess depth at position might mean bellerin gets in would have to think on it
