Basically look for a sport that isn't remotely capable of being fixed by referees and you'll narrow the field down. Then look for ones in which individuals make the smallest difference.

I understand Golf has an individual making a big difference, but you can't nobble the whole field and the skill barrier is too high to guarantee a winner.

I fully believe refs are paid to swing results in favour of competition, for example, when Arsenal are on a winning streak, the ref gives fewer free kicks, added time is reduced, etc etc, and Man Utd are getting away with headlocking, stamping, offside goals, and no one gives a fuck

Corners is also another one where you pay off defenders to clear the ball back instead of the side or front
