My nose is really muscular (I can flex the nostrils) so it's wide and hurts to be touched with any pressure. Dimples/chubby cheeks also make it so if I laugh or smile my whole face bunches up.

Yea the more weight I'm losing the less noticeable they're becoming the chubby cheeks, but it still makes smiling and laughing (which I love to do) make me look weird. But that's true, I clean shave and I look young 20s. My skin is also really oily, which apart from pimples, is good for maintaining young looking skin.

I'm 21 and look like a fucking 16 year old, and it doesn't help that I am 5'6". I still have a high voice, too, and get called "ma'am" over the phone. Feels pretty bad, because most women are just not biologically inclined to find guys like me even remotely attractive, and I constantly get talked over and interrupted when I am speaking in groups. It is pretty fucking difficult to develop self esteem when all of those problems have persisted over your whole life.

As for me, large nose that runs in my family. I have one eye that doesn't open as much as the other and it's extremely noticeable in pictures or day to day life unless I'm really trying to even it out.
