Idk how to rate a tattoo really, but it doesn't look bad. I think tattoos are highly subjective as to whether or not they are good. It looks like the actual work was done well.

The lines are crisp, the ink work is solid. You can tell exactly what it's supposed to be, even at a distance. It's an objectively good placement, unlikely to distort as you age, can be covered with a sleeve if necessary for work. A good tattoo. If you're happy with it, what does it matter what other people think? It's your ink.

It's wonky and twisted as fuck, you obviously did not pick an artist with a ton of experience doing photorealism and/or you went cheap, and it shows. Sorry that your fucking skin is thinner than some of those (crooked) lines.

Try 15 years instead of 5, I don't go around shirtless all day. That's what touch ups are for. It was specifically made to look like a sketch with watercolors in the background. The biggest thing I'm worried about is the constellation in the background not being visible as time goes on, but I'll just have it focused on when I get it touched up.

>Also looking great for 10 years before needing a touch up is better than looking like shit and getting progressively worse as time goes on.
