I dunno. I rate myself a 7 at least. I do a lot of modelling work but I have very basic features that while they work as a canvas I definitely come across as average/below in candid photos. But id never post my modelling ones because who would believe it

Know your face and the angles that flatter it in a picture.

Most important find the light. Overhead lights cast shadows. Face a window with daylight coming through it. The light will make your skin look flawless.
