Here is a picture showing my glans. It is much smoother, and it is not dry anymore.
Once I had full flaccid coverage, the skin on my glans and inner foreskin remnant became much thinner and more sensitive. They are meant to be mucous membranes, like the inside of your eyelid. I still have lines on my glans, but I think that is genetic, because I have seen that on intact men too.

My arms and legs strapped down to a board, my foreskin was ripped apart with clamps, a metal probe was used to separate the foreskin from my glans(at birth to at least three years old, it is attached to it in the same way that fingernails are attached to your eyelids), then a line was clamped down my foreskin, and an incision was made down that line. Foreskins can be retraced anywhere from three years old to late into puberty. It is not possible to have true phimosis at 10 years old, as your penis is still developing.

I was 11 when I found out what circumcision was. I had no idea what it really was before that, but as I started reading about it online, I knew that it was wrong, and I felt violated. It was disgusting seeing the videos of it being performed online.
I started restoring basically right after I realized what circumcision was. I found restoration websites, with all of the different methods. I chose cross taping, and then later ring taping(once I had enough skin,) because tape was easy to apply, very cheap, and could be easily hidden under my clothing. I basically applied the tape every single day and night for two years. I also tried some manual tugging, but it was hard to get in that habit.
When I had full flaccid coverage, I took a break for a few years, and then I decided to try some devices. The progress is slower now, because I am not as consistent, but it is getting better. I have talked with someone that started when he was 14, and a couple other people that started young. Without the internet, I would probably have no idea what a foreskin is, what circumcision is, or that foreskin restoration is possible.

Yeah, I talked with my parents. At first they didn't understand why I was mad, but I explained it to them, and they apologized. I forgave them, and they ended up being supportive of me restoring.
A few years later I talked with my sister about it, circumcision came up while we were talking about something else. I told her that I was circumcised, and that I wished that I wasn't. She actually compared it to female circumcision before I did. She told me that her teacher at school had a lesson on female circumcision, and they were told that it should never be compared to male circumcision. She agrees with me that it should never be performed without consent, and that the law banning genital mutilation, but only for females, is sexist. I told her that I restored as well, but we haven't talked about that too much.

I am on the mailing list for the movie, I am definitely going to see it when it comes out.

Foregen will be nice if it works, but we don't know how the results will be yet, and it will definitely be very expensive. I would love to have a working ridged band and frenulum if they can make that possible. So far, attempts at surgical foreskin restoration have had worse results compared to tugging, but hopefully foregen is different.

I do thing that people considering restoration being told to wait for foregen is silly though, since we don't know when it will be ready, and how the results will be. By the time foregen comes out you could probably have a restored foreskin already.

I started with cross taping, and then ring taping. It took me around two years of applying the tape every morning and night to get full flaccid coverage.
