Unplug for a while. Go outside, try to catch some sun. Run, bike, do physical activities outside. I went through something similar earlier in the year during valentines day. Girl I was with for almost a year dumped me out of the blue and I pretty much shut down. It took the combined efforts of my roommates to get me off my ass and moving again, and that really helped the process. This may seem a little counter-intuitive, but try talking to the girl. Meet face to face in a public setting if you can, and just try to talk it out. Get your feelings out there, let her know how bad you're hurting. It really helped me out, just trying to get closure before moving on. It's probably going to take some time before the hurting starts to subside, and it's gonna suck, but you'll get through it. Just try not to isolate yourself from other friends and family, and you'll (hopefully) be back in the game before you know it.
