You need to lose weight, but don't get discouraged. If you concentrate on your three main lifts, bench, squat and dead and cut back on the calories, your chest will stay huge but everything else will start looking better. Here's the thing, if really want to start losing weight fast, you'll probably see your performance in squats and deadlifts go way down. Going for a higher and higher PR is actually antithetical to losing weight, because you're putting on muscle weight. I'm by no means an expert, but I suggest you ramp down the intensity and try going just for maintenance. Or, you know, slave away on the elliptical for three hours a day, every day, forever.

As for general lifting advice, just watch as many different videos as you can, make sure to take things slow and go to the gym every fucking day, bro. The first step is really just getting used to a training routine that is stable and gainful. My week is squat/deadlift, back/shoulders, bench, squat/deadlift, arms/back and then I try to fill any gaps I had over the weekend. I've been going religiously to the gym for a month and I've increased my bench to 135 from 95.
