I'm 6'1" and I have maintained ~190 pounds for over a decade. You are in your maturity zone. Revel more: worry less.

Thank you both! I'm really baffled why the marks appeared. I haven't even bruised that area or anything. If it was a weight gain I would have thought it would happen on both sides. Do you have a recommended running regimen? (Not to tien this into /fit/)

recommend trying Bio Oil which is available at most local/chain drug stores, CVS, Walgreens, I even saw it at Costco or order online.

Appreciate the advice. I'll look into it. I've heard that most topical stuff will only have limited results, but that's better than nothing.
