at least you don't have to worry as much about that. 'reasonable expectation of privacy" which means you can be nude in your home or even your yard (within certain parameters). But again, the laws are so screwed with so much bias that if a woman claims you were standing in front of the window jerking it to her then that's what you were doing regardless of the truth.

also depends. here (western US) its illegal if you can be openly seen from public property.

i mentioned earlier a thing 'reasonable expectation of privacy' which would be walls / fences or anything else place around your property that prevents your neighbors and anyone on public property from seeing you under normal circumstances. originally intended to outlaw voyeurism it has been established to also protect property owners from prosecution for being nude on their property. doesnt mean it will always work that way though

My mother has a Masters and "half a PhD" in art and art history. Growing up she would draw from nude models constantly. Some from books - and a bunch of times she had her class come over to the house with the model - generally female. Its a big house and the patio is huge with a roof, lots and lots of natural light. Its like being outside without being outside. I basically grew immune to nudity. As I got older, having a class of 30+ people look at me thrilled me. In 2007 I contacted a local art institute, said I wanted to model and that I was new. A month later they scheduled me. 20 people, about evenly male & female, young and old. I did it, and I was capable of holding poses for longer than anyone, because I'm in good shape and relatively lightweight. Models get about $15-$19 (US) per hour. When I lost my job, I modeled full time. I was at a university all day. From 8am to noon, hour break, then from 6pm to 9pm. I basically spent the day completely naked in front of college students. Word got around and I was scheduled pretty much constantly for three years. My mother and my family do NOT know about my modeling and i kept it that way for ten years. I quit modeling for now to concentrate on my full time job and studying for the CPA. Plus there were a few personal disasters.

Illegal in most US states. I know this because several photographers wanted to use me for a public shoot. One with a female model. Not porn, just a couples shoot - nude.

I did two shoots with a few other models, one was at a private university outside the art department where they had this metal lattice structure that me and the other models posed around. I love being nude in public. I do deliveries and often strip down in my car when I am driving to a delivery. There is a long canal running through my town with a jogging path that is mostly unlit. Sometimes between deliveries I will find a dark section of this path and completely strip nude (pic).
