You're definitely not ugly, I can say with complete confidence that way uglier guys than you have no problem getting girls.

That's not to say that you are some kind of male model, so girls are not going to give you any attention just for existing and filling space. You need to somehow draw attention to yourself through your personality, fashion, intelligence, sense of humour, etc.
