Now Drinking: Avery's Coconut Porter (Imperial Porter w/ coconut aged in Bourbon barrels)
Avery just started distributing to my state about a month or two ago. Cold, this is ok-ish. Not much coconut at all nor much barrel, but still decent. I'll update once it warms up.

Finished the vodka, starting on the rum.

Nice! Do you label all of your liquor like that?
I'm mostly a beer guy. I'd say I'm on the up and up on breweries these days. So, I kind of know what I'm getting into when I try out a certain brewery's beers.
Knowing that, if something new comes in and sounds interesting, I sometimes buy it. All depends on style, etc.

Family distilled spirits, so yes it's all labeled like that. I get it for free so I'll drink it. It's bloody hard to get a really nice bourbon flavour, I've gone off it a bit and am sticking to vodka.
I'm not a big beer drinker at all. There is one local brewer I know of and I haven't even tried their product. I might try and pick some up over the next few days.
All I have for whiskey and bourbon is what I can pick up at a big chain store unfortunately. It's not very exciting.
Being a remote town means I can only get the mass produced shit I suppose.

All family made??? Thats pretty awesome! Free is always the best, right? haha
What part of the world are you from? I'm sure there's at least some decent beer in your neck of the woods.
