work on being a nicer person OP. It's a proven fact that better looking people do better socially, but looks aren't going to make up for a horrible personality.
dating wise, you've already got a huge advantage with girls over guys with good personalities but who are ugly - they can't change their looks but you can change how you think about other people and how you act.

maybe some of these "dweeby shits" are actually pretty cool guys when you get to know them. why don't you try it?
