Hi /soc/
In my life, I've learned that apart from your daily dosage of 4chan for shits and giggles, honesty is the best policy so I'm not gonna sugarcoat this bread.
This thread is for academic nerds/gaming and comic geeks/otaku in general (idk what word or phrase would best describe this) because I really want some friends to talk to about this shit.
So post what you are looking for in the following format:
>Age/Sex(optional)/Location(optional)
>Interests
>What you are looking for
>What you are not looking for
>Additional information
>Kik/Any other messaging app you may use
So here's mine:

>Interests
comics, anime, vidya, tabletop, art, music, cosplay
>What you are looking for
other gamers/tabletop nerds who are into anime, art, and maybe music composition?
>What you are not looking for
dickpics or underaged peeps
>Additional information
Honesty, man. I'm a lonely 20 year old short(5'6) college guy who hates going to bed without telling someone significant in his life 'goodnight' and I am extremely socially awkward. I just want fucking friends.

FF Mages always had a good theme
What kind of friends are you hoping to find? As in, what games/anime/tabletop stuff do you enjoy?

I've always loved mages in FF, so I was a bit bummed with the lack of magic usage in XV but I still enjoyed the game for what it had to offer.
I am looking for friends specifically interested in MMOs, RPGs, JRPGs, Action Adventure games, etc.
As for tabletop, my main dosage of tabletop the last 15 or so years has been D&D (Mostly 2e but I migrated to 4 when that came out and in the past few years, 5e). I also LOVE creating tabletop game engines to run custom tabletop games.
Anime: I mostly watch that super gay comedy romance shit like Ore Monogatari or sometimes action/adventure/mystery shit like the .hack// series (also great games) but yeah, those are my cups of tea.

I never played XV just cause the series butthey seem to be used quite well in FF XIV!
I've never done tabletops myself, but I am a big fan of J-games. I love Valkyria Chronicles and anything that's more on the immersive side.(Been enjoying Metroid again lately)
even been much into game design to get your creative sprees out?
Monogatari series looks good in terms of art and waifu humor.
I played the .hack series but the first few games were kinda lack luster overall - anime was fairly enjoyable though

Anyone interested in history?
