I almost never come on /soc/ since married, plus im an oldfag, hell with it....13 years together, 10 years married, 2 little adorable girls, still manage to get it on a few nights a week. Met on craigslist around 2005, no kidding... Pretty happily married overall, but I do think the kids put a strain on things sometimes. i'm german, i'll try to explain.
6 years ago during a birthday party.
a friend organized it for his gf and i didn't even want to show up. i went there dressed as a pimp - the theme was pimps 'n hoes - my future gf was just wearing a pair of jeans and just plain normal and she didn't want to dress slutty at all (that ass though). she noticed my rosary which she thought was just my normal rosay (people casually wear those here) and how it fits my costume. and that's how we started talking. my best friend was blocking the toilet because he nailed a friend of his which became sort of his gf today years later. nothing special, but a weird fact is that my friends are kinda weird and they had a tv playing horror movies, porn and gay porn from time to time. also the decorations were love balls hanging from the ceiling (remember the motto of the party) and dildos/vibrators and condoms everywhere. also lube. i could've nailed someone else there too, but i think i got the right one.
we just talked the whole night through and i added her the next day as soon as i got back home from the party and we talked on the phone every single day at least for half an hour a whole year through.
we've been living together for more than 2 years now. planning a future together and stuff.
it started out as a long distance relationship back then but i had a car and it worked out in the end until we moved together.

so yeah. together for 5 years and a half since then.

Saw her around school. Her brother (who was in my year and someone I hate) saw me pissing around on neopets during a class and mentioned she had one and showed me her profile.

An english teacher made a "creative writing" group which me and a friend decided to go to out of interest. She was in it. Finally our talks started to manifest in person.
Eventually asked her out.
Fast forward 8 years later, just bought our first home a month ago.
