Tinder Advice Thread
Getting matches isn't the problem. The problem is dealing with being ghosted and knowing what / what not to say without making a total spaghetti of myself. Sometimes the pressure is just too much and the pain is too real. I assume after getting a match, the chances of ever doing something with them is less than 1%

I used to get a few matches a week (Small city) but as of the past few weeks, nothing. Lot of local profiles I see showing up. I assume it's something to do with the profile.

Yeah, not happening. Honestly I look like shit with shorter hair. Not just me, it's a general consensus.

Tinder is trash and mostly for women's vanity
Be nice, be direct, be funny
For every 100 swipes you give maybe 10 swipe right back. 1 will actually meet.
When you meet with a female ask her how many matches she has, even on a small city it's going to be 5x yours

tfw you'd use Tinder but don't want to deal with having a Facebook account just to get digitally rejected

I've only kept it this long because surprisingly I get compliments on it by women, either on campus or at work. It's the only reason really. I'm definitely open to suggestions though.
I used to get a few matches a day a year or two ago, but the last few months have been Barron, I deactivated my account and made a new one two weeks ago and haven't got a single match! I've even run out of people in my area which is strange because it took a year at least for that to happen on my first account, is tinder dying or something?
So i got a tinder date soon, she agreed to come over to my place and watch a few movies, what should i do/ can i expect?
