1. Positive self talk. when ever you start to put your self down or doubt your self, stop that thought and replace it with a more constructive one.

2. Learn to trust in your self. In the end you are all you have. So learn what you are actually good at.If you arn't really good at anything, practice something until you become good at it.When you prove to your self that you are capable, you will trust in your self easier.

3. Other people's stupid opinions don't matter. They arn't worth your time or mental energy.

4. If none of this works for you, see professional help. All of this is what I worked through with my therapist and it's really helped me. But if you need different solutions, seek someone who can help you find them.
